The Cooler Cozy

Do you know what it's like to be associated with something so horribly ugly? During Christmastime, someone asked me to help with the decorations for the church Christmas party. She wanted me to create covers for the ugly orange coolers. I did so. She loved them. I think they are the cheesiest things EVER! Now it's time for Valentine's and I've been commissioned to create more. Oh, they're hideous.

Okay, this is hilarious. How do you end up with this job? Are they sitting around thinking, okay what is the most unnecessary job we could ask someone to do and who would agree to do it? Why don't you bring up the idea that she buy some of those really pretty clear, glass dispensers that they sell at Sam's or Costco. They are only about $35 and you can fill it with whatever and then slice up lemons or put cranberries in to float around.
Or you could sew really ugly wrappers for round coolers. Hmm...

ha ha! Now that you have the skill, perhaps you should start "cozying" everything in your house... toasters, TV's, shampoo bottles. Maybe you should make a cozy for the cozies you don't like.

That is so hilarious. Had I known, we would have asked you to donate your sewing skillz for wreath-making last year.
Congrats on having a girl! It's terrifying, but SO awesome!

That is the most ridiculous/incredible thing I have every seen. Do you think people were thirsty because they didn't know it was a cooler?
